Accuracy of Information
Government offices change phone numbers, hours, addresses, fees, and procedures without much notice. We do our best to keep our pages current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail on this site is correct at any given moment. Before you visit the Boulder County Combined Court at 1777 6th St. in Boulder, the Longmont satellite, or send a payment, call the office directly to confirm. All listed hours are in Mountain Time.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice. We point you to resources and explain how things generally work in Boulder County and the Colorado court system (District Court, County Court, Court of Appeals, and Colorado Supreme Court), but a website cannot replace a licensed Colorado attorney. Access to court records is governed by the Colorado Judicial Branch's public access rules, including Chief Justice Directive 05-01, the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), C.R.S. 24-72-201 et seq., and the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act (CCJRA), C.R.S. 24-72-301 et seq.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, how they price their services, or how they handle data you submit.
Outbound Links
We link to court portals, sheriff's office sites, clerk's office sites, state agencies, and other resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any external site.
No Records on This Site
This site does not host any court records, jail rosters, warrant data, marriage records, divorce records, or vital records. We point you to the offices that do hold those records. To get an actual document, you have to request it from the issuing office.
